Business Owner and Influencer with Fabricio Zambrano of Fabrizio & Sons Marble Granite
Our health and wellness are essential aspects of our lives. Yet, we often neglect it due to our overwhelming schedule and love for our foods. Most of our foods have animal fats that increase blood cholesterol levels. Also, there are a lot of illnesses that are caused by our poor food choices.
In the 6th episode of Cafecito with Rosie, Fabricio Zambrano guested. He is a business owner, grandfather to four beautiful grandkids, and an influencer. Currently, residing in Tampa, Fabricio is a Board of directors, chair of the new members’ committee, and started the health and wellness committee in Tampa Bay Club. He founded Fabrizio & Sons’ marble granite that his sons are now managing. Now, he is a vegan influencer and helps people choose healthier food options.
Fabricio used to be a 310-pound man and had Type 2 Diabetes. After becoming vegan in 2013, he lost all the unnecessary weight and reversed his diabetes. To bring back to the community, Fabricio helps people on their way to becoming vegan. He sympathizes with how hard to turn away from the food you love, but it could gradually occur. People should start saying no to their least favorite animal-based foods first until reaching their most favorite ones. He shared that it could be easier to switch now as more restaurants offer vegan options and transitional foods for the starters.
This episode also tacked the differences between vegetarian and vegan. Fabricio explained that vegetarians consume dairy and some animal-based food while vegans completely reject animal-based foods and products.
Fabricio’s goal is to make people realize how their food choices directly affect their future. He recalled that he had limited movements when he was a 310-pound man. Fabricio asserts that if we continue to make poor food choices and forgo physical fitness activity, it will rob us of a happy future.
