Its About Your Book by Paulee Bowin of Paulee’s Art by the Sea

Writing is one of the hobbies Paulee had when she was younger. This creative endeavor was her coping mechanism for getting bullied and teased. As she grew up, Paulee set aside writing for an insurance career. But her passion followed her, as a lady approached Paulee to illustrate a book. This brought back joy and helps with her depression after mourning her mother’s death.

Paulee Bowin moved to Florida 9 and a half years ago from Kansas. She fell in love with the beautiful scenery and the beach. More than just the place, Paulee appreciates the tight-knit community the city has to offer. Currently residing in Clearwater, Florida, Paulee has built her network full of beautiful people and entrepreneurs.

Paulee’s first book, ”The Girl Who Sing the Alphabet Backward,” was drawn and written with her mom and bullying experience in mind. Knowing that being different would lead to being bullied and teased, she wrote this book to inspire her readers to stand up for themselves. The main character is named after Paulee’s late mom.  Also, other book characters, such as the owls and dolphins, are a few of the creatures Paulee personally adores. With this book, Paulee aimed to lessen the hate in our society by embracing everyone’s differences.

The second book, ”It IS About You: Ten Ways To Be Stronger And Happier,” provides an open and honest look at how to deal with problems in your personal life and at work. This book aims to inspire the younger generation to accept themselves for who they are. It IS About You will help you grow into the best version of yourself, and then use that strength to inspire other women to do the same!
